Defond Career Fair Q1 2025
Defond was honored to participate in the 2025 Career Fair held at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and took the opportunity to showcase the company as an industry-leading manufacturing company.
The career fair attracted more than 220 companies and organizations. Defond representatives interacted with many outstanding engineering students and recent graduates. These students showed great interest in the positions at Defond. A highlight of the event was when Defond representatives briefly introduced the company’s mission, values and current projects underway. Although most students were not familiar with Defond’s specific business, they showed great interest in the company’s projects, products and customer base.
Feedback from the Career Fair was positive. Many students appreciated the detailed information provided by Defond, particularly the interest in recent graduate and internship positions, which offer great opportunities to develop and grow within Defond. Students also highlighted their admiration for Defond’s innovative programs and the potential to work with a diverse and dynamic team.
Defond provides abundant employment and internship opportunities for graduates. Available to students from fields including electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, and more, these opportunities provide valuable experience in current trends and skills that the next generation of professionals will need.
Looking ahead, Defond will expand its campus recruiting efforts in the coming months, with plans to attend more university career fairs and seminars. Next month, Defond representatives will attend another career fair at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, hoping to establish connections with more outstanding talents.
