Since the establishment of the Hong Kong Electrical Appliances Industry Association (HKEAIA) in 1998, as a non-profit organisation, HKEAIA adheres to its founding principles by regularly organising industry activities on different topics, such as industry conference, solutions workshop, etc., which facilitates the mutual learning of experience and sharing of benchmarking and emerging technology diffusion. It strengthens the connections between upstream and downstream players in the industry chain.

Defond’s newly opened Hong Kong office hosts a delegation from the Hong Kong Electrical Appliances Industry Association (HKEAIA). During the visit, both parties engage in discussions about evolving market trends and current industry developments. Positioning itself as both a problem solver and reliable partner, Defond presents its strategic objectives for 2025, outlining comprehensive implementation plans. These plans deliver complete solutions that bring together tech innovations and service improvements across different areas.

HKEAIA cooperation with a number of well-known institutions and enterprises to assist manufacturers in optimizing manufacturing processes and achieving manufacturing productivity enhancement. The association initiates the industry’s technology innovation forum to build a platform for sharing innovation resources across the industry.
