Hair Dryer Motor Control Module

This is a controller of a hair dryer, it is composed of a high-speed BLDC motor management, control logic, temperature control, and LED indication.

Basic features

Motor: manage BLDC motor with 110K RPM.

Temperature Control: real-time detect the temperature of emitted hot air, closed-loop control of the heater power to the hair dryer.

Motor speed control: apply the PID algorithm to manage the motor speed, to keep the steady flow of air.

Protection: real-time monitoring, and activate protection immediately if over temperature, motor lock, or short circuit happens

Advance features

Motor: we have ability to manage higher speed motor with 200K RPM

Temperature control: apply an infrared thermopile temperature sensor to measure the hair temperature directly instead of traditional NTC topology.
