Shenzhen Robotics Association visits Defond
A delegation led by Shenzhen Robotics Association visited Defond on August 5, 2020 and examined the intelligent manufacturing facility.
The participants peek inside Defond’s Advanced Electronics Workshop (AEW), Surface Mount Technology (SMT) Workshop, Sensors Assembly Line and Automobile Electronic Components Workshop, followed with an excited discussion on business and technology advancement strategies.
The delegation praised highly on Defond’s degree of industrial automation, R&D capability as well as quality management and lean manufacturing methodology. They expressed their wishes to strengthen the long-term strategic collaboration with Defond, and to create a positive, mutually beneficial relationship with the association’s members.
Shenzhen Robotics Association (SRA) was founded in September 2009 by Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology Chinese Academy of Sciences. Its members include nearly 500 enterprises in the fields of industrial robots, service robots, educational robots and special robots, etc., with revenue close to 100 billion yuan. It is the earliest robotics industry association established in China.
